We are equipped with two numerically controlled foaming machines for the manufacture of all types of padding, including vacuum manufacture, with a productive capacity of over 6000 paddings a day. We also work with fireproof and self-extinguishing materials.
A modern blade cutter, supported by a CAD station, enables every model to be manufactured in both PVC and vandal-proof fibre. For the making up of the covers, we have at our disposal a department of more than 20 single- or double-needle machines, including welding machines for the application of hot-melt strips.
All finished products are assembled on computerised multipurpose assembly lines or blocks.
