In 1999 the firm was awarded UNI EN ISO 9001 certification, passing in 2002 to UNI EN ISO 9001-2000 for the design and production of saddles and cushions for motor vehicles, 2004 seeing the extension to the design and production of saddles, cushions, saddle bags and accessories for motor vehicles, and of complete seating for the transport of public and private passengers.
In 2004 Soft obtained contracts from the Trenitalia S.p.A. system for the following commodity groups:
TA/092: complete armchairs and sofas
TA/036: details manufactured in decorative fabric for furnishing
TA/040: padding for railway rolling stock
TA/150: expanded polyurethane pillows complete with lining
